This is a nice variation on the toy camera theme - as the designers have obviously tried to produce an interesting toy as well as a functioning camera.
Purely as a camera though - it is very uninteresting - being an extremely basic 35mm type that has nothing more advanced than a sliding lens cover. Probably made in China - it is marked “(c) Pingvin” and “Made By NICKNAME”. At first glance I thought it was related to the cartoon character PINGU - but this doesn’t seem to be the case.
The camera is probably more use as a display piece and sits nicely on its feet as well as laid down.
