This I believe is an Olympus 35 from around the late 1940s. Whilst is specification is generally very conventional - it was apparently designed to take 24x32mm frames instead of the more conventional 24x36mm.
The finish is very good and is nicely marked up as being “MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN”.
